The Experience

Fever Calm is an immersive sonic experience designed to move with - and shift - nervous systems.

In a warm, dimly lit space, each person has room to sit or lie down as the artist guides them through practices using breath, simple movement, visualisation, hypnotic suggestion and musical anchors. Part gig, part guided immersion, it blends music, voice, and attention to unlock play, openness, and calm.

A sensory experience like no other, participants are invited to move with tension, using pleasure to release strain, discovering that calm isn’t quiet—it’s alive.

About the artist

Helen Page is an artist and teacher who combines music, hypnotic language, vocals and instruction to create awe, pleasure and palpable senses of shift. She layers yoga and movement techniques with hypnotic elements in language, music and sound design to create visceral and lucid experiences for listeners.

Her artistic mission is to help people find moments where there is no desire to fix anything at all.

A neurodivergent thinker with "raging" attention and nervous system patterns, Helen's work especially resonates with other like-minds. She aims to make functionally fun art and uses her love for the deliciously dark and distorted to engage, hold and guide attention.

Helen's new moniker, helenbossofHelen, is a nod to the relationship between the Conscious, and 'the boss', the unconscious. It's a reminder to herself, "Be kind to the powers that decide".

Helen wants her work to be a play-space for adventure and peace. She wants us to use our realities of being forever broken, to find - we're forever fixed as well.

Her next art installation coming up is called, "Media: sharing some. And other blind optimisms: ".
