A big trend this year is that everyone is going hard on messenger bots, automations and AI. BUT actually there is a much bigger message here, because in a world full of automation, people are getting sick of being treated as just another number and oftentimes they just want to talk to people.
However the thing is, bots and automation are good, right, it allows our businesses to scale and also, to be honest, who likes talking to sales people?? Like no-one.
People don’t want to talk to a sales person if they don’t have to. They want all the answers at their fingertips. There’s stats that prove this.
But if they need the extra help or want to talk more with people then they also want the ability to talk to a human too.
